About Sameer

Post his graduation from National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur, and completion of a course on Contract Negotiation from Goldman Sachs University, Sameer worked with some of the best organizations in the country such as Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices before cofounding PAMASIS Law Chambers in 2012. Sameer has served as lead counsel in several matters involving intricate and complex legal issues, specifically in the areas of Taxation, AntiDumping, Foreign Contribution Regulation, Bank Guarantee, Tenders, Land Laws and Corporate Commercial disputes. He has advised various high-profile individuals, including royal families, and represented several businesses ranging from start-ups to mature companies. With an innate understanding of the legal, political and commercial environment prevailing in India, he has successfully argued and concluded matters involving stakes of over INR 2 billion in total, at the Tribunal, High Court and Supreme Court level. Sameer’s legal success is a result of his impeccable communication skills, deep understanding of the law and its strategic interpretation to his client’s best interest. He also undertakes pro-bono work for NGOs and individuals. When not practicing law, Sameer is a teacher. He has travelled to several countries across the globe to deliver lectures to law students and chartered accountants on subjects of law. Sameer also enjoys riding his bike and engaging in a session of equestrian sport.
